Among the Churches

The corner-stone of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Plymouth, Mich., was laid Wednesday morning, June 17, at six o'clock, with a short but impressive service. The stone, which came from Concord, N. H., was of gray granite and has the date 1903 engraved on one side. In the stone were placed the following articles: The Bible, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and other works by Mary Baker G. Eddy, Manual of Mother Church, copies of each of the Christian Science periodicals, By-laws and History of First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Plymouth, Mich.

The exercises closed with the reading of a poem, "Laus Deo!" written by Mrs. Eddy.
