The Manual

I am impressed with the inestimable value of the Manual to any one who will carefully read it. It fills a place no other work can supply. It is my opinion that if our Leader's recommendation contained in Article XXXII., Section 7, were faithfully put into practice (and surely it will be), the results will be of the greatest value to suffering humanity, and it will bring blessings to all who engage in the good work. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in saying that a careful study of this book will give light and understanding to all who read it and obey its Rules and By-laws.—George Tolmie, Ogden, Utah.
