Our baby girl when about four months old had a breaking out on head and face which kept getting worse and worse. It was very painful and itching; it was called eczema, a disease usually considered incurable. As we were traveling from place to place, many kind ladies advised various remedies, but we persistently refused all material means and kindly informed them that we used Christian Science treatment, and that when we needed help, we employed a Christian Scientist.
They said, "Christian Science may help some things, but will never cure the disease on that child."
We let it go a while trying to work it out ourselves, but it became much worse, and we notified a practitioner and he began treatment. The child's head and face were one solid sore all over, angry looking, burning, and itching, and with water oozing out of the skin. The case was obstinate and took a long time to cure, but was finally conquered and the child was entirely healed. She has now a smooth, clear, beautiful skin. — Mr. and Mrs. Geo. H. Lee.
