Praise
BY MARY TRAMMELL SCOTT.
A little secret I have found,
Listen, I give it thee,
My life with good cannot abound
Without a gift from me.
This little gift from me is praise,
And though it's but a song,
It goeth forth and ne'er delays
The good for which I long.
If we believe we have all good,
As Jesus says we must,
The song will come before we see,
We praise e'en while we trust.
