A few years ago my husband had had a severe case of diphtheria, followed by what the doctors called diphtherial paralysis, making him helpless even to dress himself. We tried physicians until they told him they could do nothing more for him but advised him to try treatment at the sanatarium. After having two treatments every day for three weeks he was no better and quite discouraged.
About this time we met a lady who told us of Christian Science, and how her daughter had been cured of a serious trouble. She urged us to try Science. We had no faith in it, but were willing to try anything that suggested a chance of my husband being well again, so we sent for the Christian Science healer of whom she told us. He came to see us, we became interested and asked him to take the case.
My husband gained each day. He was able to dress himself after the first treatment and was entirely cured by seven treatments. Christian Science not only saved his life but restored him to perfect health.
