Thankful for Christian Science

I am thankful every day of my life for the Truth and help found in Christian Science. It first came to my notice through my mother-in-law, who was healed by Christian Science some ten years ago, after about fifteen years of invalidism.

After witnessing how she was able to overcome illness of different types in herself and others, I was persuaded to investigate for myself. She kindly loaned me Christian Science reading matter until I was convinced that I needed the book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," more than anything else.

I had consulted five different doctors in five years and could get no permanent relief for what four of them called neuralgia of the stomach and the last called gall-stones. I have been healed through Science of that disease, and other chronic troubles are gradually disappearing. I am now studying Science and Health and trying to "run with patience the race set before me."
