A Tribute of Gratitude

I have long felt that I would like to express my gratitude for the great blessings that have come to me through Christian Science.

My first acquaintance with Christian Science was thirteen years ago, when the subject was broached to me by a lady who talked very beautifully about it. I listened to her respectfully, and remarked that if she could prove to me half of what she had stated, I would be glad to accept what seemed to be a wonderful religion. Nevertheless, I did not then accept Christian Science, and it was six years later when I had the experience which brought me to know some of the greatest benefits from this blessed Truth.

After many years of faithful service to the so-called laws of materia medica, worshiping also the laws of hygeia, the laws of climate, etc., in every instance where I had expected relief, I found nothing but dismay.
