Sometimes I call myself Jungle Jordan

I began to like the rainforests when our class in school started to study them. And I was excited to learn about the Children's Eternal Rainforest.

This is a forest in Costa Rica that was getting cut down. But kids decided to help raise money to protect it. Through the hard work of kids, the Children's Eternal Rainforest is now a protected area, and more and more land is bought (and added to the protected area) each year.

Out of the whole country, my school was one of the three schools to raise the most money. We held an essay contest, and I was chosen to fly to Costa Rica and represent my school in the rainforest. When I won the trip to Costa Rica, I was so surprised!
