A FEAST OF INSPIRING MUSIC
DURING THE UPCOMING HOLIDAY SEASON, The Christian Science Publishing Society will be making no fewer than 19 CDs (six of them new) available through Christian Science Reading Rooms. Internet users can sample them at the website spirituality.com.
Among the newcomers to this feast of inspiring music and song is Cherie Brennan, a pop singer from Jacksonville, Florida. In a Sentinel interview, Cherie explained that You Are Loved is her first solo CD in a rebirth of her singing and song-writing career.
"Up to this point, I had only sung on other artists' CDs," she said, "so this was all pretty exciting to me. Initially, I hadn't planned to do a CD. I just felt compelled to start writing music again, in gratitude to God for some really wonderful healings I'd experienced—and the music and lyrics just poured out of me.
