AGELESS LIVING
LIVING LONGER AND LIVING BETTER—FREEDOM FROM AGE MYTHS
I BELIEVE THAT ARTHUR WARD , MY Maternal granddad, was 90 at the time. There he was, on a Saturday afternoon in our living room, taking delighted interest in the doings of our toddler daughter and infant son. Participating in a very competitive game of cribbage. Responding with vigor to every play in a football game we were watching together on television. Keeping the rest of us abreast of a baseball game he was tuned in to through earphones connected to his transistor radio. All at the same time. And with such animated joy and sharp wit.
