Helping our children find their center

Our children are processing the meaning behind terrorist attacks, the threat of chemical weapons, and the implications of going to war.

This is a time when we must draw on our connection with Spirit as never before and establish ways to help our children — especially the older ones — find their center when they are feeling afraid and have questions. I believe the key to helping kids get through any challenge is faith — believing what their eyes cannot see — along with compassion, conversation, and action.
