YOUR LETTERS

Thank you for the outstanding issues of the Sentinel. It seems that during the last nine months to a year, the magazine has really demonstrated an exceptional level of healing articles that are for today's world. I would also like to thank you for not editing out the part of Howard Johnson's recent article (July 2, "Death did not end my life") where he stated that a man had called eight practitioners who would not take his daughter's case. I know exactly how that father felt. I, too, have cried with gratitude when a practitioner was willing to help me.

Editor's Note: It may be helpful to keep in thought guidance Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of this magazine, gave along these lines: "Choice of patients is left to the wisdom of the practitioner" (Church Manual, p. 87).
