Calling all family Bibles
If you have a family Bible that has a story surrounding it, we would love to hear from you in time for our Bible Week issue of November 19. Please write up your story—keeping it to 500 words or less—and give us your name, phone number, e-mail address, and home address. In order to illustrate the story, it would be helpful to have a few pictures of your Bible, especially if there is a page or two that is particularly colorful or interesting. Be sure to include a close-up shot of the cover.
We can't promise that we will be able to use everyone's story and pictures, but we definitely will read each one, and we will return the photos after the issue has been published. Please send your story to: Family Bibles, c/o Christian Science Sentinel, One Norway Street, C–42, Boston, MA 02115. The deadline for submissions is September 30.
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
