Tired of just coping?
Don't just manage your problems. Heal them.
ACTIVELY PURSUE HEALTH
LEARNING TO LIVE with a sickness or any other trouble is very different from being rid of it. "Managing" pain has been presented as one strategy for helping the chronically ill. People also learn to manage other stressful conditions, scraping by, for instance, during a time of unemployment. Deep down inside, however, we all yearn for something better than just getting through the day. The real desire is to be well and to stay that way.
