Dear Sentinel
I like to play baseball. Sometimes before games I get nervous, so in the car on the way to a game, my mom and I choose one quality of God to think about. A quality we pick might be quickness, strength, coordination, or accuracy. I concentrate on expressing that quality during the game. When I keep my mind on God's qualities, I have a better game.
Justin Dale
Dallas, Texas One day my grandma and grandpa were coming over for dinner. I did not feel well. I prayed to understand I could only feel good because God makes me feel good. God does not make me feel bad.
Grandma and Grandpa arrived, and they sat down for dinner with the rest of the family. I kept on praying to know God was taking care of me. I could only be well.
