In pursuit of your attention
These days, you don't need to be part of the entertainment industry to be an expert on the subject. Entertainment in some form is just about everywhere, and yet it seems the public still can't get enough. It appears that the entertainment industry is constantly in pursuit of our attention.
There was a time when a simple interview with a celebrity was typical entertainment news. Then along came the advance notice that such an interview had been conducted. That, too, was news, Now it's not uncommon to have yet another behind-the-scenes story—an interview with the person who conducted the interview! As they say, that's entertainment.
