Problem solving

Last year I had the opportunity to travel abroad. At that time I'd attended the Christian Science Sunday School for a few months. My teacher pointed out Psalms 23 and 91. She thought they might be helpful to me on my trip.

When I arrived at my destination, I found out that the girl with whom I'd be living needed to find an apartment within one week. She'd been searching for quite a while and hadn't found anything. So we began an exhaustive search. And every morning and evening, I'd read the 23rd Psalm. When I felt especially discouraged, I'd read it several times.

On the last day of our allotted time, we found an apartment, but it seemed too expensive. But praying with the psalms every day, and affirming the truths I was learning about God, I saw my problems resolve — from paying for the apartment to overcoming homesickness. Spirituality helps solve all our problems.:)
