When I felt confused...

I see the future as an ideal, filled with progress and joy. When I think this way, then I know that the decisions that I make will be the right ones.

But sometimes when I have to make a decision, I let in disquieting thoughts. I don't trust in God's good will. Consequently, confused, insecure, sad, ungrateful thoughts come in.

Yet I know the thoughts that make me feel sad and confused don't come from God. So they can't influence me. When I realize this, I begin praying again — but in more of a true manner. I place all my trust in Him, and I pray: “God, I know that I am Your reflection and can listen to You always.”
