God is ... forever

Could there ever be a moment
when God is not Love,
guarding, cherishing, comforting us,
supplying all our needs?

Could there ever be a moment
when God is not Life,
invigorating, animating us anew each day,
preserving and sustaining our identity?

Could there ever be a moment
when God is not Truth,
destroying error, pain, fear, mortality,
directing us in all our paths?

No, there could never be a moment
when God is not All,
when He is not present
to answer every call.
We are His children
and He our Father-Mother,
enfolding us forever in His tender care.
