A protest that works
We can be spiritual activists—with healing results!
People instinctively protest against injustice and oppression. Our protests may be very private—a letter to a legislator or even an exclamation of outrage during the evening news. Or they may be public and arouse widespread support, such as rallies or marches. Whatever form they take, we hope our protests will in some way contribute to change for the better.
We may not generally think of protesting about our health, but this form of protest is very useful when it is based on the spiritual understanding of God's omnipotence and of the reality of His loving care for each and every one of us. God is all-encompassing, all-powerful Love. The protecting and uplifting power of His love is always available to us. The remarkable healings performed by Christ Jesus demonstrate this fact and show that sickness is never God's will.
