God, no longer the great unknown
Have you ever had times when you suddenly realized you were responding to a situation in much the same way you might have when you were younger?
I remember a time, for example, when a friend was teasing me about something. What he said was harmless enough, but I realized the way it made me feel was similar to how I had felt in a situation in elementary school. I saw immediately that I needed "to grow up."
Likewise, we can harbor spiritually immature views and then suddenly realize that it's time to grow into much more profound perceptions and responses.
