It was a beautiful day, and I felt good! After I spent the morning studying the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I decided to work in my garden— something I enjoy doing very much.
After working two or three hours, I decided to stop and began to gather up my things to go into the house. Then, without warning, my right arm and hand suddenly went limp. I could not grasp the handle of the bucket.
I wasn't afraid, and as I began to pray, my first thought was "Well it isn't God-made, and I don't believe it and don't accept it." I was sure of my true perfection as the spiritual idea of God.
