Father, You lead
Where would You have me, my Father-Mother God?
How would You lead Your child?
What way have You prepared?
Father, You lead.
I'll take each step in courage.
Each one demands
more strength, which You,
Spirit, supply.
As I feel a dearer sense
of gratitude for Your guidance,
I see a clearer, broader view
of Your Soul-filled kingdom.
My challenge is the walk forward
into the unknown, leaving fear behind—
to trust what I've never seen before,
to believe what I've never touched before.
And yet, I feel I've always known
this way—a visible and tangible salvation.
I'll follow, Father. You lead.
NORMAN H. WILLIAMS, JR.
