INFINITE RESOURCES
Breaking the energy shortage
Can you imagine the oceans of the world dead calm because the waves have run out of energy? Can you imagine the rivers ceasing to flow because they have all emptied into the sea? Can you picture a day when there is not even the slightest breeze anywhere on the earth?
Of course, all of these imaginings are absurd, while the sun is constantly energizing and activating the earth's oceans and atmosphere. The ever-renewing energy cycles of the earth provide a useful analogy, for just as the waves, the rivers, and the winds manifest the power of the sun, even so God's spiritual universe, including man, expresses the omnipotent and unerring government of divine Mind. God is constantly energizing, animating His creation, man.
Understanding this truth, we see how inevitable it is that our problems with energy will bless us. The demand is being made for purer, cleaner energy, and in the final analysis this demand can only be met spiritually. Pollution, or the polluted atmosphere of wrong thinking, cannot go on. Humanity will sooner or later be forced to form a higher, more spiritual concept of energy.
