Substance and evidence

CARL J. WELZ

I seek what I long for
through faith in its coming
from Mind who creates it—
who inspires that faith.

I find what I long for
as longings grow purer
and substance appears
in forms that Mind shows me.

Unseen though it may be,
the evidence is flowing
from Mind to the faithful.
I have what I long for.

The substance of all good
is Mind that creates it,
and the faith that I feel
is that substance appearing.
