The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet...like unto me (Deut. 18:15)
"Me" refers to Moses, the narrator. It is significant that whereas magicians and diviners were a class apart, regarded as possessing special secret knowledge, which they guarded jealously, the prophet would share divine revelation openly and for the common benefit.
Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me (Ps. 119:98)
