Reflecting Divine Power
Man reflects inexhaustible spiritual power from his Father-Mother God. Christ Jesus abundantly proved this in his healing work. After his resurrection he told his disciples, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." Matt. 28:18; God, omnipotent Mind, divine Love, does not withhold any good from any of His children. They all reflect His power, the power of infinite Life.
Weakness, lack of power, is inherent in any belief in the reality and power of matter; but matter is unreal and powerless because God, Spirit, divine Principle, constitutes all being. Worry, fear, expectation of evil, are the results of believing that there can be any power opposed to God, good.
Man, the immortal idea of divine Mind, reflects the integrity of Principle, and he has spiritual power because God is omnipotent. One who realizes that man is spiritual—the idea, the reflection, of omnipotent Mind—knows that he reflects unlimited strength. Spiritual facts are true and operate as law for us when we comprehend their reality. The supposition that strength is in matter, or physicality, and is therefore limited, is annulled as one realizes the spiritual fact that strength is the might of God that empowers man.
