We Don't Have to Forget
People sometimes accept the belief that they can't remember things, or that they're growing older and are bound to have some problem with failing memory. There is no necessity, however, for unpleasant and embarrassing forgetfulness; for, as Christian Science explains, there is no law of God to support it.
Mrs. Eddy writes: "If delusion says, 'I have lost my memory,' contradict it. No faculty of Mind is lost " Science and Health, p. 407;
Mind is not matter-brain, but God. God includes all spiritual ideas. These exist in divine consciousness forever. God cannot forget a single one, because they exist timelessly in His perfection and love. Man, God's expression, is perfectly active in Mind, always.
