If the Trouble Hasn't Yielded
When you have a difficulty you've been working diligently to overcome through Christian Science, but it hasn't yielded, what do you do? If, even though you've been studying and declaring the scientific truth of being, one corner of your thought is troubled over your lack of progress in resolving the problem, this is part of the problem and should be overcome.
You need to know that good alone controls you, that God's law of good is in operation. Once you affirm this and hold to it without any reservations, the discordant action cannot continue. The malfunction of the body does an about-face.
A radical attitude is necessary, for thought needs to be on the side of Truth. The all-powerful activity of God is greater than the most seemingly persistent disease, and we need to acknowledge the constant action of this infinite power.
