Several months ago I noticed a growth on the side of my foot
Several months ago I noticed a growth on the side of my foot. It hurt when I kicked the soccer ball. When my dad saw it, he said that I would have to go to a doctor and have it taken care of. He said that I had plantar warts.
I have been going to a Christian Science Sunday School for seven years, ever since I was three, and have never had a hard problem before. When I found out that I might have to go to a doctor, I decided that I really wanted to use what I had learned in Sunday School.
I knew that God's perfect child could not have a problem, and my mom and I prayed to understand Mrs. Eddy's statement in Science and Health (p. 463): "A spiritual idea has not a single element of error, and this truth removes properly whatever is offensive."
