Space Enough
We are told that space is infinite. We are also told that we are running out of it—out of parking space, building space, classroom space—even living space. We are frequently confronted with the conviction that many of our human problems would be solved if we just had a little more space available.
What hinders us from having all the space we need? Is it our limited view of what space means? But isn't space boundless, limitless?
The view that space is a limited extension in three dimensions is a material one. It limits us. It may lead us to believe that more space, of itself, would make our existence better.
