Satisfaction—It's Yours Now
One time when I was in my early twenties, restless for companionship and a change of scene, a friend said to me, "You will never have more of good than you have right now."
This came as a startling statement and, at the time, a discouraging one. However, the friend went on to explain what she meant. God is Mind, the only Mind, and all spiritual ideas originate in Him. We reflect God, divine Mind, and so become aware of His ideas as our own thoughts, individually useful.
Mrs. Eddy says in her Miscellaneous Writings, "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies." Mis., p. 307; When I understood what my friend was telling me, my life began to open out in surprising and satisfying ways.
