Exams—Without Fear

Most of us have felt at least some of the fears and doubts accompanying exams even when we've industriously prepared for them. Perhaps we've had the experience of misreading a question we knew the answer to or being asked a question we didn't grasp at all.

Is it possible to face exams fearlessly? Is there a way to gain the peace of mind and self-confidence necessary for a good performance? The Bible answers with a resounding Yes. "The Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed." Deut.31:8;

The answer to anxiety and doubt and dismay is in understanding God. How can you or I gain the spiritual conviction to overcome fear? This is done through prayer, Christian Science teaches. Prayer before, during, and following the exam.
