A Balanced Perspective
The study and practice of Christian Science awakens one to a reality beyond the ken of the physical senses. It begins to unfold a universe of perfect spiritual ideas living in and controlled by God, infinite Spirit or divine Mind.
This awakening stimulates human thought to turn from material concerns and interests to gain glimpses of spiritual being, of the oneness and allness of God, and to feel the healing harmony and peace it imparts.
This process is good and necessary if one is ever to demonstrate the present fact of man's immortality and unlimited capacities. There is much to do before spiritual reality becomes fully evident, and during the period of its attainment a wise and balanced approach should be maintained.
