In 1971, I had an experience in which Christian Science came to my rescue and for which I am grateful.
One evening a young man got into my car, with the keys still in it, and drove it off. As I was standing directly in front of the car, it pushed me roughly to the pavement. One of my shoulders was badly injured. I notified the police and asked a Christian Science friend to help me through prayer.
Almost immediately thereafter, as I was later told, a police squad car was driving behind my car in the park when the broadcast came that my car had been stolen. The culprit was then taken, and soon after that my car was returned to me undamaged.
