[Ability to demonstrate Christian Science comes with study and practice of the truth taught by Christ Jesus and revealed in Science and Health. This series touches upon some ways in which this truth can be applied.]
Healing by arguing for universal perfection
A disease on the body is an instance of the belief that perfection is not universal. Not only bodily illnesses but human conflicts, uncertainties, fears, failures, stem from this one belief.
As we become conscious of the nature of God, the one infinite and perfect Mind, all-knowing, all-powerful, and all-loving, we can recognize the falsity of the suggestion that He is less than able to maintain all of His creation in a perfect state.
On this basis we can take a stand against every symptom of disease and every appearance of human frailty or discord. And we can refute each one.
