When I was young, I had trouble with my eyes, and this continued as I grew older. I received medical treatment for them both at home and abroad. It was feared that I might have glaucoma.
During the years of the First World War, I was once talking to a friend about the condition affecting me, when she recommended that a little book she was reading might help me. I was looking for more spirituality.
The book was lent to me, and I spent every evening after my return home reading this book, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
