Resting While on the Go
The person who must be always on the go, at times not getting enough sleep, needs to find a way to get added rest, even while he's on the go. There is a way. It is to rest mentally and spiritually, and thereby feel rested physically.
Mary Baker Eddy writes, "In the midst of depressing care and labor I turn constantly to divine Love for guidance, and find rest" Miscellaneous Writings, p. 133; and "The consciousness of Truth rests us more than hours of repose in unconsciousness." Science and Health, p. 218;
Great peace of mind comes from trustingly relying on God's guidance. And this kind of rest does a great deal to rest us physically.
