In our daily experience it can be helpful to realize that God, Spirit, is cause and man is His expression.
Christian Scientists, understanding God's allness, His omnipotence and omnipresence, and the nothingness of everything unlike Him, deny the reality of matter and thereby are being regenerated and healed.
If we cannot at once listen for divine guidance, God's direction, we can learn to do so.
