A Great Big Nothing
[For children]
One Sunday afternoon David didn't feel very well. He couldn't eat his dinner and went to his bed downstairs.
He was in second grade at school, and a good reader. So he got his Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy off the shelf. He knew where to find the ninety-first Psalm, and studied it for a while. He knew, almost by heart, the lines: "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." Ps. 91:10, 11;
That meant God is an ever-present help—in trouble and out of trouble.
