Each day I become more grateful for the spiritual legacy Handed down to me by my grandmother and, in turn, by my mother. To be raised in Christian Science is truly a rich heritage. I am grateful that my father felt very warmly toward Science and allowed my mother to have Christian Science treatment for my brother and me for the very few physical problems we did have.

In the present generation, our three children have the blessings of the Christian Science Sunday School, and they understand and love the teaching. My husband has also joined us in the study and application of this healing religion.

Two years ago we had a very clear proof of the power of God to heal. Our oldest son had always participated vigorously in sports and was looking forward to this and many other activities during his junior and senior years in high school. However, during the summer he began to experience alarming symptoms which caused him to be very fearful. He became very depressed and even dreaded the thought of school.
