"I do care!"

[For young adults]

What a destructive weed "I don't care" is. It pops up in many different places and does much damage. Careless thoughts come sneaking in the back door of one's mental house to cheat one out of happiness. They advertise the easy life, but there's nothing easy about having to do everything over because it wasn't done right the first time.

No one has to fall prey to carelessness. Christian Science teaches that man is not an easy mark for any kind of mental suggestion. Divine Love cares for the entire spiritual universe and for the details of every action and condition of it. In reality, man exists as the conscious expression of the all good God, or divine Mind. He reflects the caring qualities of Love. Everyone can cultivate an individual consciousness of good that will protect him from all forms of destructive thinking.
