HERE I AM

Someone calls. You answer, "I am here."
Here in matter?
Here in mortal dream?
"No, here in Mind.
I cannot dwell in never-ending fear."

Where are you when you say that you are here?
For I have eyes to see and ears to hear.

Someone calls. You answer, "I am here."
Here ... eternity ...
Here in infinite space,
Here in Mind's embrace;
Appearing still, continuing to appear.
