Words of Current Interest
The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on October 1, 1967.
In the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities (Eccl. 5:7)
Moffatt suggests, "For many dreams and words mean many a vain folly"; and the Revised Standard Version, "For when dreams increase, empty words grow many"; while the margin of the same version has, "For in a multitude of dreams there is futility, and ruin in a flood of words."
