RADIO PROGRAM NO. 285 - Freedom and Moral Standards

Announcer: Freedom is a word we hear a great deal about these days, especially from young people. Many of them are searching for new forms of freedom, and, in the process, they are challenging some age-old moral values.

Questioner: Many of today's young people are searching deeply for the meaning of freedom. What really constitutes freedom?

Speaker: Perhaps being free means to express and develop one's own God-given capacities or potentialities. But I'd say that the phrase "God-given" is important in this connection.
