I am so very grateful for the following proof that Christian Science heals. I have been studying Science for about eleven years, receiving help from practitioners when the need has been great.

Over three years ago I was very much discouraged over a recurring severe pain and had come to the point where I felt I knew nothing of my religion. I had had Christian Science treatment many times, but now I felt it was up to me. If I couldn't handle it myself, I might just as well give up, I felt, and accept what was to come, although I could not return to material help, because I had no faith in that.

Then a mental argument took place as though there were two of me. "Just how much of Christian Science do you know?" one argument asked.
