Christian Science has revolutionized my life. As a child I suffered from a chronic stomach ailment and was afraid to walk alone out of sight of our home. From the time Science was introduced into my experience, there was a change for the better.

Several important things took place almost at once. I was enrolled in a Christian Science Sunday School. All medication was withdrawn. I began a gradual mental and physical improvement which has continued to this day.

Of course many obstacles had to be overcome—bad character traits, desire for the sympathy and tolerance which had been accorded a sick child, and the fear of disease and the medical folklore I had grown to consider law.
