RADIO PROGRAM NO. 215 - God–given Freedom from Seasonal Ailments

Questioner: I wonder if many people who are beset by physical problems having to do with climate and atmosphere might not wonder what God has to do with such problems. Shouldn't religion be concerned with deeper matters than surmounting seasonal ailments?

Speaker: It seems to me that the power of God should be available for handling any problem. We should be able to take any problem, including a seasonal one, to God for healings. It's the understanding of God and our relationship to Him that brings healing. Now, if it appears that seasons, climate, or weather affect our well-being, we can turn to God to heal that condition so that we shall express the health that we rightfully are entitled to express.

In any problem the individual needs to be awakened to the healing and protecting power of God. And that's certainly a legitimate and vital function of religion, isn't it?
