Over thirty years ago I was advised to have all my teeth removed
Over thirty years ago I was advised to have all my teeth removed. This was done. Dentures were made, but throughout the years I found the lower one extremely uncomfortable. (I replaced it several times, to no avail.)
Sometime ago eating and swallowing became difficult. The pain became so severe that I called for help from a Christian Science practitioner. I told her that my whole mouth ached, and she told me to work with the word "open" in order to spiritualize my thought.
Using Concordances to the Bible and to Mary Baker Eddy's writings, I came across this statement in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy (p. 326): "Working and praying with true motives, your Father will open the way." I held to this statement for several days, while the pain continued to be acute. In addition, my face was swollen.
