Many have been the blessings that have accrued to me as the result of the study of the Bible and the writings of Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.
One great blessing for which I am profoundly grateful is the overcoming of the tendency to become angry, which, when indulged in, made me most miserable and unhappy and, in addition, left me with a heaviness much akin to that spoken of by the author of Proverbs (27:3), "A stone is heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them both." Much more joy and peace of mind have been mine since this healing occurred some years ago.
At one time I was confronted with a physical condition which made it difficult to carry on with my work as a teacher. Several blocks of walking were involved in going to and from work.
